You agree to indemnify us against any liability arising from any breach by you of the terms and conditions.
You agree that the personal details which you provide when you register are accurate and complete and that you are not impersonating any other person or entity.
When you click on “PAY”, you are offering to buy the goods at the prices shown, plus any applicable delivery charges. We will then send you an automated Order Acknowledgement.
Unless we have notified you by email that we have not accepted your order or you have cancelled, the contract between you and us will be completed when we dispatch the goods to you. We may decline an order if we find a product description or pricing error, if the product is unavailable or out of stock or if your payment has not been authorised.
You have a statutory right to cancel the contract by letter, fax or email within 7 working days from the date you receive the goods you ordered. So long as you follow the procedure outlined in “Delivery and Returns”, we will refund your payment for the goods and, if an item is faulty, incorrect or mis-described, we will also refund the return carriage.
We have taken all reasonable care to describe products on the website and provide measurements and prices and to keep them up to date. However, we cannot confirm the price of a product until your order has been accepted.
Many items are hand-made and there will therefore be some small variations in colour from the photographs and in measurements.
We may provide links to other websites and/or promotions of other merchants. You agree that we are not responsible for the availability or any content of such websites or third party offers. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from any such dealings which shall be solely between you and the third party.
Because the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, we make no warranties whether express or implied, as to its accuracy or that any product will be suitable for your purposes. We will not be liable for any losses that you may incur by accessing this website or by placing an order.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and shall be governed by the laws of England.
The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
