To order online, these are the few easy steps you need to know. If, by any chance, you have any problems, do email us on info@btcbydesign.com.
Products are found by:
- Using the titles on the menu along the top part of the screen, click on the title which interests you.
OR
- Typing a Keyword (descriptive name for item) or Product Code (if you know it) in the box at the top right of the screen in the box labelled 'SEARCH'.
- When you have located the product you wish to buy, choose the quantity, colour etc and just click on the 'Add to Basket' button.
- When you want to view the products in your shopping basket, just click on the 'Basket' icon in the box at the top of the page.
- When you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Complete your delivery and credit/debit card information and then your transaction will be processed, in complete security. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Special Orders – if we are out of stock of an item, you may be able to Special Order it. Visit our Special Orders page to see how.
PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS
All our measurements are in metric.
Each measurement is indicated as shown in this example:
10cmW x 15cmD x 25cmH
This means this product is measured as follows:
10cm wide (from side to side) x 15cm deep (from front to back) x 25cmH (from top to bottom).
