BTC makes a charge of £4.95 for delivery of all gifts and accessories' items (with the exception of the Flagon and Lantern Vases due to their weight band).
All the remaining standard items are charged at £9.95.
BTC makes a charge of £9.95 for a standard delivery to the UK mainland which will normally take 24 to 48 hours for items which are in stock. Standard deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Wight and the Scilly Isles are charged at £17.95 and normally take up to 7 working days for items in stock.
Please open and inspect your order when it arrives and before the courier leaves. Please note that if you are unable to check your parcel when it arrives, please write the word 'UNCHECKED' with your signature which is required by the courier.

Those items, identified with the above van icon, are classed as HEAVY (typically over 30kgs) or FRAGILE. These items will often be delivered separately. The standard charge for HEAVY/FRAGILE items is £34.95 for UK mainland and £49.95 for Highland and Islands, Isle of Man and Wight and the Scilly Isles.
BTC’s Despatch Co-ordinator will notify you of the delivery date which is normally 7 to 14 working days from acceptance of order for the UK mainland and longer elsewhere. If an item is unusually large, for example a Sofa or Dining table, we can arrange for a second man to assist with the delivery to your home at an additional cost of £29.95.
However, if the delivery is unsuccessful; for instance, you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time or because of the size of the goods resulting in delivery not being possible into your home then, a £75 charge (or more for remote areas) will be levied.
BTC provides a personalised service, whereby a despatch coordinator will contact you to arrange a convenient time for your delivery for either standard or heavy product orders. On the day of your confirmed delivery, if you wish to be telephoned 1 hour in advance of your consignment arriving then, please ask for this special service and the driver will endeavour to contact you.
Deliveries of HEAVY/FRAGILE items to the Channel Isles and EU countries can be arranged by contacting BTC’s Customer Service Department on 0844 557 8882.

We hope that you are pleased with your order but if you are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days in perfect condition, unused and wrapped in the original packaging, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. We advise you to obtain proof of posting, as we do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Your refund may be affected.
BTC will refund the collection cost of the return for damaged or faulty items only but not for items returned for any other reasons. Therefore, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us.
If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Please ensure that you complete the reverse side of the invoice (that arrives with your order) and clearly mark why you are returning the item and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please pack the items(s) back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send back to:
